Have you ever considered that toothpaste could be used for more than just brushing your teeth to give them a perfect white appearance, healthy insides, and fresh breath?

There's a lot more to toothpaste than meets the face, and a sparkling white smile is just the tip of the iceberg.

Toothpaste use for Pimples

Dab some non-gel, non-whitening toothpaste on a pimple, and it should dry before morning.

It dehydrates the pimple and absorbs the oil. Be cautious because sensitive skin can be irritated.

Remove scuff marks from your shoes.

It's not ideal when you scuff your expensive leather shoes, but toothpaste can help.

Simply rub a small amount of it over the scuff with a soft cloth and wipe clean with a wet cloth. The leather will appear to be directly from a shoe store.

Clean sneakers

The rubber exterior layer of your sneakers is easy to get dirty, but a little toothpaste on an old toothbrush will help clean it up.

Simply scrub the toothpaste off and wipe it clean with a damp cloth. Just make sure you're using non-gel toothpaste.

Make sure the baby bottles are odor-free.

It's unavoidable for infant bottles to develop a sour milk odor over time.

Toothpaste can readily benefit you in eliminating the smell. Before reuse, the bottle, rinse it, and make sure it's completely dry.

A non-gel toothpaste can also be used to clean the clothes iron.

Piano keys that are free of dust

Make your piano keys clean and shining again with just toothpaste, an old toothbrush, and a moist towel as a follow-up.

Because they're made of ivory, which is basically elephant teeth, toothpaste should help.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, toothpaste can also be used to clean modern piano keys made of plastic, so give it another try.

Keep your goggles from fogging up.

Goggles are used for a range of activities, including scuba diving, skiing, and even carpentry, and if they are fogged, they can work against you.

To avoid this, a small amount of toothpaste should be placed on the glass, and the problem should be rectified when a thin coat of paste has been applied.

The problem can be avoided by wiping away the paste remains before putting the goggles back on.

Keep your bathroom mirrors from fogging up.

The same is true of bathroom mirrors, which fog up after a hot shower or bath without an air exit.

Before another hot shower, apply a small layer of non-gel toothpaste on the mirrors and wipe it off.

After the shower, you'll be amazed to find your mirror isn't fogged.

Polish the chrome fittings in your bathrooms and kitchens.

It's also made with a mild abrasive that can polish your surfaces.

Simply smear toothpaste on the surface and polish with a soft, dry cloth.

Non-gel toothpaste can do the same thing for bathroom sinks. Apply some with a sponge and then rinse it off.

Another reason to try this is that the toothpaste will help with the odor coming from the drain trap.

Remove the crayon from the walls.

This is a situation that many parents with little children have encountered.

If your children have played painters and painted your walls with crayons.

Simply pour a small amount of non-gel toothpaste on the wall and clean it away with a rag or scrub brush.

Finally, saturate the wall with water.

Remove lipstick and ink stains

Depending on the fabric and ink, toothpaste may or may not work, but it's worth the try.

Try rubbing some non-gel toothpaste on the spot and seeing what happens. If it doesn't work the first time, give it another shot.
